From the episodes I saw, the DH standout this season was Nicolette Sheridan. M. Fox? Ehh not this season. He was great in season 1 but O'Quinn was better in this season and was arguably just as much a lead as far as screen time and importance.

I like how they showcase the supporting actors on the 24 ad, and that's a great shot of Bauer.

Dont forget to at least Mandy Patikin for Criminal Mind even though the show is just ok. He always does a good job for every character he plays

Yep. He's the only reason I watched that show at all. But even he couldn't keep me interested.

More questions, X:

For The Office, is Steve Carell the only lead?
Julian Sands (24): supporting or guest?
Carlos Bernard (24): supporting or guest?

The reason I'm asking about the 24 actors is I have too many supporting actor/drama nominees and not enough guest star nominees.

I believe Steve Carell is the only lead, though I don't really see how that's true, other than because he's playing Ricky Gervais's character.

Even though the second season was a mild step down, these are the highlights of Desperate Housewives' Season 2 that deserve recognition...

My Heart Belongs to Daddy

**This is the one with Mrs. Mulberry, the imaginary nanny of one of Lynette's kids which culminates to one of Lynette's best scenes at the end, breaking down because she thinks she's a bad mother.
**Gabrielle invites alot of attention when she comes to see Carlos in jail. A new lawyer hits on her but she manipulates the situation to get her conjugal visits
**Also, this one involves one of Susan's funniest scenes, in the park with ice cream running after and then from Zach. And then she realizes she should bring Zach home but once he starts talking about Julie, she gives him money so he can find his father in the wrong place.
**The tension with Andrew and George broil. I think it's the one when Andrew makes George uncomfortable at the dinner table with the sounds Bree makes while eating dessert.

I Know Things Now

**Tom gets fired and Lynette find out he may be hiding something important.
**Gabby won't let her maid be deported without a fight and they decide to get her pregnant with their child.
**Susan is desperate to stop Edie's P.I. from telling her it was Susan who slept with Carl. Mike pays him off and Susan brings him pie. They soon see her home is ablaze.
**Andrew sleeps with Peter and Bree makes an excrutiating decision to let Andrew go.

No One Is Alone

**Gabrielle won't let her maid become the center of attention in the house but becomes worrisome when Carlos still puts the miad first.
**Susan taps herself with wires to get a confession from Edie which leads to Edie in the hospital, swollen from bee bites.
**Bree has a nervous breakdown perfecting Danielle belated birthday party and checks herself into a psychiatric intitution.
**Lynette confornts Tom about the trips to Atlanta but not believing what he says, follow him and is devastated as she looks into a house with Tom and another woman.

Carell is lead, Sands and Bernard are guests.

Edit: Sands is supporting. 11 episodes, according to IMDb.
