what else would you expect from a relentlessly self-improving boulangerie owner from Belgium with low grade narcolepsy and a penchant for buggery.

He was the Russian President dude on "24" earlier this season. The guy that was going to be killed, so Martha Logan hopped into his limo, like the wing nut she is!
Lots of "Lost"/"24" crossovers.
... well. At least two. Desmond and Psychic Man.

Yes it does, baba.
I wonder if Michael's murders were recorded.
Maybe not, but maybe Locke and Eko might see something else interesting from the cameras while they are there.

Looks like Locke is gonna have another crisis of faith.
And thanks to Mr. X and Roland to reminding me.

It would make sense. They could go review the tapes to see how Henry supposedly shot everyone up.
But, at the pace they get around to their "To-Do" list, we won't see that until Season 5.

the hatch hasn't been used in a long time. a long play tape lasts 7 hours max. i doubt any recording in this hatch are taking place.

haha everyone is crying about libby. no one cried over ana lucia.
if libby asked about michael, that means michael got shot before libby. i can't believe they were dumb enough not to think of that.

That was kinda a lame ending. I was expecting more shocking revelations! I need my fix of twist endings!
A bit of a weak episode after the solid one last week. The flashback didn't really go anywhere and the on-island story was revealing, but didn't lead to anything. I still liked it; it was just disappointing. It could have been so much more.

And Sayid. What happened to him? He just vanished.

By the standards of this season, which seem lower in general than last season, this was a pretty good episode, the writing seemed sharper than usual. I'm liking this post-Ana period where I never have to wonder if some petulant teenager in a grown cop's body will show up in a scene.
But I wonder why they stopped the music montages that were a feature of the first season. They may have been corny but they were part of the style of the show. Tonight they had the montage but no music.

I'm anxious to watch this season back on DVD. I'm convinced that the season is not as bad as some make it out to be, but that we hold Season 1 on such a high pedestal, that anything but Season 1 is just inferior.
Sorta like Family Guy, post-cancellation. I have yet to watch back Volume 3, but I'm convinced it's not as bad (which in itself isn't bad) as I made it out to be. I'm looking for Season 2 Family Guy, and that part of the show is in the past.
