Behind the Scenes at a Movie Theater
I happened to come across this website dealing with theaters and movie projectors from an insider's viewpoint and I'm still looking through it. Though I've posted this thread elsewhere, it may also be of interest here at KJ's.

For starters, this is behind the scenes at the Cinemark Vista Ridge Movies 12 in Lewisville, Texas. The page includes a look at several projection booths. Not what you might expect.

The links in the left Navbar offer several interesting options, pictures, Videos, etc.
For instance, for the mechanically interested, check out the "Reviews" link. There you can get a look inside of a working movie projector, like the Christie 35mm P-35GPS projector.

Btw, if you know of any interesting websites dealing with the "nuts and bolts" of film from a technical standpoint, or simply a
good theater nostalgia site, feel free to post the URL here.
