So, habe jetzt auch endlich King Kong gesehen.
Ich bin etwas enttäuscht. Klar ist der Film schon gut, aber auch nicht mehr. Die Skull Island Sequenz ist etwa 45 Minuten zu lang und ein Beweis dafür, dass weniger mehr ist. Der Actionbeschuss wurde auf Dauer ziemlich öde. Und ich bin regelrecht entsetzt wie mies die Tricks teilweise waren, z.B. die Dinos. Das haben selbst die schnellen Schnitte nicht vertuschen können. Insgesamt hat mir Jackson zu sehr auf Action und zu wenig auf die Beziehung zwischen Watts und Kong gesetzt. Die New-York-Sequenz hätte ruhig länger sein dürfen. Gut, dass der Film nicht Oscar-nominiert war (und Watts ernsthaft für diese Rolle ne Nom geben zu wollen, war schon borderline psychotic). Ich gebe 7,5/10

Und das ganze fast 90 Minuten lang ohne Pause. Da schaltet man doch irgendwann gelangweilt ab

Now that you’ve seen the entire second season, do you still feel comfortable declaring it better than the first?
Extremely comfortable. The first season was brilliant, no doubt, but the second saw far less meandering in its plotting. “Mars†2.X will stand as one of the most successful and complex season-long stories ever to grace a cathode-ray tube.

Und das ganze fast 90 Minuten lang ohne Pause. Da schaltet man doch irgendwann gelangweilt ab Ein bisschen Action hätte den ersten 70 Minuten aber ned geschadet.

Also, dass man die erste Stunde langweilig findet wie Patrick kann ich noch verstehen, obwohl ich nicht zustimme. Aber dass man diese Action langweilig findet entzieht sich meinem Verstand.
