Very good for U93. Between the strong weekdays and expected small drops, the multiplier should break 4.

Definately strong for United 93, but I think most people expected a subdued opening and strong legs for the film (although I could very well be speaking too early, who knows).
Everything else is usual and blah. Bring on MI3 to spice up the box office.
PEACE, Mike.

Silent Hill is only down 47% from last Monday.
It could still make $50 million. I doubt it with the competition coming up this weekend and all, but it might be able to pull off another $15 million and just pass the mark.

Good for United 93. Will Universal be adding theatres?

Silent Hill will be at $41M by Sunday. But still, i think it will be the 2nd film ever to open over $20M and fall out before $50M (a record set this year by When A Stranger Calls).
