Right now, I'd say that Ice Age II is heading for around $17-18M, Basic Instinct 2 with $1-2M, ATL with $4-5M, and Slither with around $2M as well.
Ice Age II is almost guaranteed to make $60M this weekend.

I predicted $64.5 million, but I was playing safe. My expectations were around $67-68 million. Ice Age was a really well-liked film and the sequel was advertised well. It really shouldn't be that much of a surprise. The other two sequels to CGI hits (Shrek and Toy Story) doubled their original's opening (Shrek increased 150% on the original).

WHY DID I GO SO HIGH ON SLITHER!!!!! I would have done fine with the other 3 openers, but I just HAD to screw up on Slither...I still can't see why it couldn't have gotten a 6000 PTA with its stellar reviews and what not.
