I was thinking for all of the categories with 10 nominees, we should vote for 3 winners (1st, 2nd and 3rd) and the voting will be in order. So one's first choice will receive 3 points, second choice 2 points, and so on. And then the categories with 5 nominees (the "overall" categories) will just have one winner.
Sounds good, because it is less likely to give you ties.

You could even rank them from 1 to 10 and in case of ties have the movie with the most 1st place finishes be ranked ahead...

I thought of that too, but then I thought it might be too much work for voters. The less, the better. Traditionally the voting for winners will have a lot more voters, because it is easier for people to do. I hope to get a large crowd of voters. I think I'll do rank top 3 choices, and then we can have 3 winners (1st, 2nd and 3rd) and this will also prevent ties.
The nominations will be announced this upcoming weekend. I'm not sure which specific day yet, but I will figure that out soon and put it in the thread title.
I'm not sure whether I should just make a new thread and post all of the nominees together in the first post, and voila. Or whether I should post them nominee by nominee per category and actually "present" them, if you know what I mean. I like presenting them, but I don't think there will really be anyone who will show to "watch" the show, so it might be kinda useless.
Thoughts anyone? I could use everyone's input.
PEACE, Mike.

And the ranking sounds like a very good idea.

Hmm, so maybe if I set a date/time and advertise it, people will come? Alright, so maybe I will present them then.
That leads me to have to set a date/time. What is the best day to do this? And then I figure the time should be 7:00PM or so to start.
PEACE, Mike.

Ech, I've got 3 categories left to count: Best Actress, Best Supporting Actress, and Best Supporting Actor, and 40 minutes to do so!
Might have to extend the show until 8:30PM.
The noms so far look great.
PEACE, Mike.

I'm sorry guys, I'm working as fast as I can, but these acting categories are the hardest to count. I'm going to have to extend the ceremony until 9pm now. If you want, I can post the 3 "Overall" categories now, and you look over those and post your comments, heh.
PEACE, Mike.

Likelihood of Before Sunset noms:
Actress - most likely... I hope
Picture, Actor, Screenplay - slight chance to likely
