You Think The Whole Snakes On A Plane Movie????
http://www.aintitcool.com/display.cgi?id=22952
Is gonna run dry and run a ground before the damn movie even comes out??? I mean, now we have trailer descriptions of the movie that was once thought to be such a unique joke is no longer gonna be such a "Cool" thing if they keep beating this movie into the ground and showing and describing the same thing over and over and over like at the above link.. It's like when they show a trailer for a kick ass comedy that makes you laugh at first, then they show it again and again to the point where you've seen the same thing, the same trailer over and over, then see the movie and it's not as funny because you've already seen and know the joke.. Understand where I'm coming from?? I dig Samuel L. Jackson as much as the next person, but I can't help but to think this movie is getting too much media exposure and EW Magazine this month isn't helping matters much either with that ridiculous countdown clock.. In short: The Joke for this is now stale before it even hits theatres...

I think I may regret doing this, but I actually kinda agree with you. By the time the film comes out in late August, the joke will have been run into the ground. That's why I think it would be a smart decision to move the release date up to sometime in June. They need to cash in all of this hype now.

Why would you regret agreeing with me on this?? Contrary to how alot of people think about me, I'm actually pretty damn smart.. Nothing wrong with agreeing with me like Zing coming to terms that he's agreeing with me that X3 will smoke SUPERMAN RETURNS.. It's shocking but happens occasionally.. But back on topic, yeah, I agree with you.. Release this as soon as possible while trhe joke is still fresh..

New Line NEEDS to move up the release date. June 16th would be perfect for it.

I was thinking the same thing.
It'd be different if it was being released, say, in a month. But it's a ways away, and I find it hard to believe that it can maintain this silly buzz till then.

I agree with that too. The joke is good, but I think they made the mistake of releasing the trailer and the logo of the movie way before the movie's release date. It should move up. If it was going to open, say, in three weeks, I coud easily see it opening to over $25 million.

The joke has already run itself into the ground. It was hardly funny at all to begin with, how in the world is it gonna last for another four months? I still imagine the movie will break $20 mill opening weekend at least though.
