Yeah, pretty much, although I thought she acted just a bit more like the kid she is rather than some 40-year-old in a 9-year-old's body.

Awesome episode tonight! Can't wait for next week!

Very intelligently written episode last night for the best medical drama on TV. The only thing is I didn't like that woman patient and didn't see anything romantic in her behaviour.

So, what'd ya'll think of last night's episode? I thought it was brilliant, especially with the twist involving the husband at the very end.
Loved House and Wilson's interaction in this episode... Can't wait for the next new ep (in *three* weeks, ugg); looks great!

The thing I liked about last night's episode is that it shows they're trying to change things up a bit. Usually, they follow this formula where a patient comes in with some weird conditon, House diagnoses it, the patient gets worse, House re-diagnoses it, the patient gets better and then gets worse, House notices some weird fact and re-re-diagnoses it, and saves the patient just in the nick of time. But last night, they diagnosed it too late, and had to diagnose a dead woman as well. Just a little twist on things.
And I like the little bits of character development they throw in each episode. Give us a little bit on each character but not too much at once.

Last year, Hugh Laurie was the big star and really was the only part of the show that was award-worthy. Now, I think "House" could be a contender for Best Drama at the Emmys.

yay, a convert!
Hugh Laurie is awesome, but I also love Dr, cuddy (Lisa Edelstein), and thelittle pieces of character development are good, like one o fm y faovirte episodes from the first season has to do with Chase's fahter haivng cancer, it was a very cool side story.

Oooo... I saw Lisa on one of the TV Guide shows and she said they're gonna be exploring Cuddy and House's connection more the end of this season and into next season! Can't wait! Cuddy rocks.

good, because they ahve an interesting dynamic way more interesting then House and his ex (what her name, played by Sela Ward, I love Sela, but the character was pretty in spirit then reality).

Yeah, Stacy was great as an allusion or a one-episode character. But as a recurring?
And she just quit without any fanfare.

When she showed up it was good, but once her husband got better they needed her to go, becasue she sucked and thent he random leaving, ugh.
Stcay ad House, there dynamic works best when he's pinning, House and Cuddy, now that is an interesting dynamic. But the hsow has struggled with romance, Cameron and House was very awkward too.

I think they specifically brought back Ward's character so that House could confront his feelings over her and resolve them and put it to rest so that he'd be emotionally free to connect with Cuddy which is where they intended on going this season by the end.
God I can't believe I wrote that sentence.

Niether can my libido, anyway. Maybe, but her coming back makes House and Cuddy weird because Cuddy is friends with Stacy, now we'll get all kinds of I can't b/c I know Stacy crap. Maybe if Stacy's tenure on the show had sucked less, of been shorter, but it justt dragged for me.

You have no idea how much I hope that's true, just so that House can't be with Cameron. Quite frankly, I prefer this show when it's not dealing with relationships, like this week's episode, and wish that it could stay that way, but this is tv we're talking about. So as long as it's not Cameron, I can deal with whoever House does end up connected with.
Question about this week's episode. Was there any point of the cow lover? I may be forgetting some clinic cases, but from what I can recall, any time they spend that long on a case, it will somehow connect to the main case of the episode.

You know what... I don't remember what was the point of the cow lover. Anyone remember, lol?
The one that really sticks to me was the Monday episode with the man experiencing "sympathy" sickness and how it connected to the he/she model.

Well, I basically suck. I taped Tuesday's episode and my husband accidentally taped over it for something on ESPN.

Yay! A new fan!
Unfortunately, I missed tonight's eppy... A guy from our electric company showed up just as I was leaving for school and he had to turn off the electricity for a few seconds for some reason or another. And therefore my VCR didn't stay timed and therefore my tape didn't start.
So... I shall have to see this episode through... other means.

it was really good. The House guy is phenomenal. The opening scene just grabbed me and then I was pretty much biting my nails the whole episode.
