Eminem could star in The Life of Joaquin Phoenix and outdo Phoenix himself.

Maybe, but I know for a fact either of them can do a better job of playing 50Cent then 50Cent himself can.

I'd love to hear Joaquin Phoenix say, "I'm a hustla."
I'd give him the oscar for that.

I am very happy about Walk the Line surpassing 100 million, which was a no brainer. When I look back at the arguments I made, I just don't understand why it was hard to see for anyone. In hindsight, I'm sure the non believers can now see how my arguments all lined up.
Of course, I will be adding this thread to my track record , to be pulled out when needed, but I'm really most pleased with my opening weekend prediction of 22 million, which deserves a pat on the back more than the surpassing 100 million does, because the latter prediction was never anything that I questioned or waivered on.
If I do another one of these threads, it'll be that Superman Lives will surpass 300 million. I said "IF", just so nobody tries to hold me to that as if I made a prediction just now. I haven't weighed it all out and it's a long way off.

100% track record, Zingy.
I'd probably resent it and be envious if I were you, too.

SUPERMAN RETURNS will be lucky to make what KONG did and that's roughly around 220 Million which is about where KONG will end up and that's pretty disappointing no matter how you look at it..

Glad I was the first one to agree with this $100m mark. It was so obvious.

I agree. This was easily one of the most obvious hits of the fall.

Dr. Lecter, Failure to Launch is your movie to see to pay your debt. I am not sure when it comes out over there, though. It's March 10th here.
That's not so bad. Could have picked something worse.

Yeah, too bad the Academy screwed the pooch on not giving this movie a BEST PICTURE Nomination and while I'm at it, screw the Academy on snubbing SITH for BEST VISUAL FX Nomination and throwing Goddamn KONG a Nomination. Hmmm, that reminds me, where's KONG at on the box office daily chart?? Ahhhh, that's right, it's been YANKED..

There is no "worse" for me, I would see anything anyway.
It's out here March 16th.
BTW, I finally posted my Walk the Line review in its review thread.
