Flightplan had 236 reviews by this same update in the day, more than double the amount Firewall has right now (108 reviews). It doesn't look good to me.
PEACE, Mike.

Flightplan also made 8 million opening day. If Firewall is at half-pace, 4 million, that'll be enough to salvage not being a completteee bomb.

Well one film out of four had to dissapoint and it happens to be Firewall. Still good for the others so far.

If we use Flightplan's ratio as a method of comparison for Firewall, that would give Firewall about $11 mill for the weekend at this point. I say it'll fall more around $10 mill taking into account the Olympics & the East Coast snowstorm. Not too hot.
Still, 3 out of the 4 openers doing well isn't too shabby. Especially for The Pink Panther, which was looking like a bomb a few weeks ago.

I'm starting to think Pink Panther will win the weekend (again; I thought that before). It has sellouts (more than one) and FD3 has none so far. I guess we'll see.

Poor Harrison Ford... I bet Firewall barely makes 3 million on Friday.

I'm thinking FD3 can have a ratio of only 95-115. The audience is different then the average horror sequel. FD2 increased 17% on its first Saturday, which is usually unheard of for this type of movie. This isn't Saw II, rather it has more comedy and aims to be fun.
I think it only needs 700 reviews for 20m on the weekend.

God damn Firewall. Stupid Ford. I always think he's going to come back
He should do Indy 4 and then run for governor somewhere.

Like I said earlier in another thread, movies with stupid names like "Firewall," seem lame to mainstream audiences.

What's with these crappy increases? Nothing is really doing too well.

I think my FD3 21.5 prediction was at least a million too high, my Firewall predict of 12.6 is probably a million too high, and Curious George's 12.1 is possible a little less than what I expect now. Pink Panther should still be able to hit 18-20 million

There's no frontpage like the last two weeks. These numbers seem good (for most), IMO.

 Click on the links.
If I correctly understand what you're asking.

Ratios will be lower then normal with no frontpage at any point during the day.
I see FD 3 reaching 800-850. With a ratio near 100 I think it will reach 8m.
PP should have 700-750. About 7.5m; maybe more. Really impressive.
CG with 280-300. Near 4m.
Firewall will only have about 300. It might reach 4m, but just under 3.5m is my best guess right now.

Nevermind, they now have the frontpage with PP having the picture and FD3 and CG having links. I'll go with the same projections on those, but they will have more reviews.
Firewall isn't even on the frontpage though.
