Sandra Oh had 2 great scenes
- the first when she kicked Mereidth out of bed and I forget the second right now.
and good old George > he really adds a flavor to the show
***********************
so looks like we have lots of cliffhangers and next week preview
- Merideith and the bomb > Is C Ricci gone for good???
- Shepard and Bailey's husband
- Izzy and Alex > unfortunately
- Bailey's baby
- and it looks like the Chief is having a heart attack > so who is available to operate??????

Is that the one where the two people were impaled on the pole? That was my favorite so far.

That was a great one... but I think that was Episode 6.
I think Episode 3 was the one where Meredith's mom was brought in to the hospital.

I LOVED THIS EPISODE. I agree with Libs, the impaled pole one was the best. But this one is second

I hate all things medical, so I could never stand watching a show like this. But just from curiousity from the Superbowl commercials...
What was Code Black? Like, a plague that kills nurses or something?

My friend said that I have my episodes wrong, but its the one where her mom first visits the ER as a patient and she has that sad moment at the end with Dr. Shephard.

No. A patient was brought in with a bomb inside of him that was being held in place by a paramedics hand. If she moved her hand, they faced the risk of the bomb going off and killing everyone in the vicinity.

I think if Christina Ricci could take her hand out and Meredith could stick hers back in, it's safe to say it's not going to blow up if SHE removes her hand. But I know. For the sake of TV.
But yeah, I liked it.

Yea, I was thinking that, too. How did she slip her hand in so fast that they avoided an explosion? And because she stuck her hand, is that good or bad? Like you said, it seems like its bad because if Christina Ricci could pull her hand out with enough time for Meredith to stick hers in, then nothing is going to happen. Or is it good because she did it right before it exploded, which saved Burke, Christina, the bomb guy, and everyone else on the floor.
I wish we could fast forward to next Sunday.

But it showed Meredith very close to her hand before she removed it, I think it would be easy to stick it back in... Or maybe she had it in already and then christin ricci decided she can take it out.
I loved the ending for the preview for next episode "Miranda is not holding the bomb, Meredith is!"

Terrific episode! Christina Ricci was great and it was nice seeing her in something again. I really felt for her character.
I was disappointed when it was over because I wanted more, but it was a smart move to get the tons of people checking this episode out after the Superbowl to watch the following week. Sure not all of them will watch the next episode, but it will definitely help and should bring it a couple more million viewers than usual for next weekend's new episode.
Anyway, I thought that about her putting her hand in at first too, but then I figured I bet she slipped her hand in while Christina's hand was still in there, so her hand was already in there when Christina pulled hers out.

Some concerns(even though I don't watch the show, heh). They actually have a pre-determined name and warning for something THAT specific? How could they anticipate a scheme that creative and off the wall? I seriously doubt it has ever happened before. To go into that much detail, and still everyone knows what it exactly is. For every completley craz BIG PRECAUTION, they have a different letter? They'd need hundreds.
Anyways, it sounded like an exciting episode at least. I'm sure it was good. Unfortunatley though, it's not my cup of tea.

I liked it, My mom really wanted to watch so when the lesbian scene started up everyone was like "Ok" but it was an interesting show. Its not scrubs and no ER, its more like Saint Elsewhere.
