really ike how this sries wraps up its shows with simple stuff > the 2 doctors in the room talking and looking at each other and tring not to show anything and then George in bed > knows something happened but not what > not sure how he could be able to sleep in that bed with those 2 woman sleeping on each side.

******************

and on the preview, no idea, code black???, they did show alot of blood but it had to be more than that guy is a bomb as they was alot of panic everywhere.

so no idea what is happening.

*********************

and on the possible ratings > wonder how many non-viewers will be roped in???

The Superbowl episode commercial was amazing. Note that the commercial is amazing. They barely showed ANYTHING about the storyline. So, we'll have to see. But it will be huge in the ratings

code black? it's gotta be something to do with a disease outbreak.
something big like that that'll affect everyone in the hospital.

I don't think it's a disease outbreak. That doesn't seem like something that would cause people to freak out in the way the preview depicts.

Ausiello said that he heard that it meant that someone in the hospital had a bomb. That sounds a but more like something that affects all. I guess we'll see.

That actually fits in since Burke tells Meredith not to take her hands off whatever it is.

I had a friend who went to med school and I'm pretty sure I remember him telling me a Code Black in a hospital is a bomb.

Or, at least, I think that's what he said.

so who is excited for this Super Bowl episode > and Christina Ricci, that is cool.

From Yahoo

Grey's Anatomy
10:00 PM EST -ABC-
ABC's hit drama "Grey's Anatomy" gets the coveted post-Super Bowl slot this year and will air following the game and post-game show (so that start time is approximate, if you're planning to record it). The episode, written by series creator Shonda Rhimes, features guest star Christina Ricci.

Meredith's (Ellen Pompeo) premonition of having a bad day is realized when a medical case arrives at Seattle Grace threatening the lives of everyone in the OR, including "Dr. McDreamy" (Patrick Dempsey). Kyle Chandler ("King Kong") also guest stars.

***********************

but not really much true excitement as does anyone expect them to kill off McDreamy???

I personally bet he will live.

Think the estimated time for this is about 7 PM after the Super Bowl. Not sure yet when the West will show it?

*******************

anyway, kind of bummed as I was curious why this big show was only an hour >>>>>>>>>> looks like they are making it a cliff-hanger ( so no one will be disppointed )

Grey's Anatomy
KABC Feb 12 10:01pm Add to My Calendar
Series/Drama, 59 Mins.

"(As We Know It)"

Despite the best efforts of the Seattle Grace staff, the code-black situation escalates.

Actually 10 PM is the approximate East Coast time Grey's will air. It will air concurrently with the West Coast (7 PM). Hopefully it will air around that time (not like, an hour or two late) so the Nielsen's will cover its ratings and be included in its overall ratings. I remember Alias aired waaaay late in the East Coast so its ratings wasn't even included in its season average.

OK that is right, I reversed them.

so did you know this was going to be a 2 parter? That kindof bums me out alittle. But I guess they want to suck people into to the following week.

It seems like it is a two-parter.

Heh, you're right, more reason for people to tune-in next week at least.

The time is always approximate. It will air immediately following the post-game, but no one ever really knows when that is since the came could go into overtime, take longer than expected, take shorter than expected, etc.

I'm guessing it will begin sometime between 10 and 11 PM EST.

Last year, The Simpsons aired around 10:45 PM EST.

I'm excited to see how high ratings will get tonight.

If it can get almost 18 million viewers with a Housewives rerun as its lead-in, this could approach 30 million tonight.

I love this whole Christina Ricci superbowl thing. Next time CBS hosts it, could we see her as a body on CSI?

So, I'm on the Westcoast and I'm gonna be at a party from 3:30pm.

What time should put it to record for?

I'd say 9:45, to be safe.

There's no way on earth it will start that early, but you never know.

My parents watch it. I've seen, like, 15 minutes of one episode.
