Thats the rumor going around, people on the set are tired of her, they're thinking of cutting her out.

I don't like it. I'd rather they stick with their original plans. It was obvious that they were cooking something with her character from way before even casting her. I don't want them to shift the show. Then again, if she herself is hard to work with and with a cast this large, it could pose problems.

Does anyone even like the character? Anyone?

I get the feeling no one would cry if Ana Lucia were to, say, get digested by RoboMonster. Except Michelle Rodriguez.

Am I the only one who likes her character? I actually think they can develop her into one of the better characters.
The scene with her and Sayid leading up to her finally letting him go was one of my favorites this season.

I like her character as well. Her flashbacks have been among the best this season.

It's got to be for Rosseau or the cord on the beach.

Or for the brief mention of the radio tower.

I think all three.

Clocks gonna run out in the finale. They've been building up on that all season, yet haven't spent too much time on it so that we get bored and want it to run out next episode.

Danielle said to Hurley that she thought the numbers were cursed, just like he thinks they are cursed.

Everybody else on the island shrugged the numbers off.

Hurley spent some time in the mental ward, he's really sensitive to being called crazy.

Yeah I read the rumors that...

[spoil]The clock runs out this season. I bet the clock will be like the hatch, they will show the clock running down to zero at the last minute of the finale, keeping us on edge until Season 3 opener

No Walt or Michael until Season 3[/spoil]

WoW. Now that would piss me off.
I didn't understand the backlash over last year's finale, but if that's how it ends, then I'll be pretty sour. And I'm pretty sure it won't end that way.

oh good, it's back next week.

[spoil]Survivors fear that "The Others" may have returned when Sun is injured during a failed kidnapping attempt. Meanwhile, Sawyer is an amused but highly interested bystander when tension escalates between Jack, Locke, Kate and Ana Lucia.[/spoil]

dunno if that was needed in the spoiler tags, I just wanted to use it. It's a Sawyer centered episode titled The Long Con.

Oh i hope that someone beats the brains out of Ana Lucia during their arguments. Then they realize its a good thing cause they were low on food rations so they even distribute her meat.

Don't know if this has been posted, but I'll put it here anyway. It's an article saying that Michelle Rodriguez is gonna get booted off Lost.

Quote:
Lost star Michelle Rodriguez is getting killed off in the series because she is such a nightmare to work with, according to reports in the US.

The sexy 27-year-old actress is a hit as Ana-Lucia Cortez onscreen but insiders say her diva-like behaviour is sending everyone around the bend.

They are also angry after she brought scandal after getting arrested for allegedly drink driving close to the set in Hawaii.

"The producers are fed up with the fact that she barely shows up on the set and is always in a bad mood," Us Weekly quoted an "insider" as saying.

"They said she was getting killed off as soon as they could write it in."

Rodriguez's spokesperson would not discuss the star's fate in the show, but insisted the actress was dedicated to the job.

"Michelle is very proud of her work," the spokesperson said.

Rodriguez is next due in court next month on her drink-driving charge.

Ha, everyone will be pleased.

I'm a bit surprised that they'd be killing her though. I was thinking more along of the lines of just letting her fade into the background, she possibly becomes one of those 35-40 unsubstantial nobodys on the island with no direct storylines relating to them. She's still on the island, but the show isn't focusing on anything to do with her anymore.

Hopefully she has hatch duty when the clock goes down to zero. She expected the numbers to be automatically put in by just staring at it.

I find it laugh-inducing that they refer to her as sexy. That's the last adjective that I think of when I see her.

Christmas come early if it's true.

How would they do it though, hmm.

Hurley: That Ana chick, like, uh, is annoying?
Kate: Sawyer, you hittin' that?
Sawyer: Hell no, freckles. I'm shooting it.
<BAM>
Jack: But are we sure she's dead? <weeps>
Locke: You just have to have faith Jack, you have to believe that she's dead.
Sayid: Finally something to cheer me up.
Eko: Do not confuse shooting that with fate.
<everyone looks at Eko>
Eko: I don't know, just sounded good.

For the first 5 episodes, the hatch and the tailies took priority. There wasn't time for some of the cast to be featured as much.
Sayid, of course, had plenty of screen time in episodes 6 and 8.
He hasn't showed up much since then, but people seem to forget that he probably doesn't feel like doing anything because he's still upset over Shannon who died 3 days ago.

Then again, they had been "going out" for only about 3 weeks? Less?

Sayid probably feels indirectly responsible for Shannon's death (because he couldn't stop her from running after Walt). If he had believed her, maybe she wouldn't have been so determined to run after Walt without him. It doesn't matter how long he knew her: It takes most people years to get over the fact that they killed someone, regardless of how well they knew the person.

Saw first two episodes of second season.

Just to say that Michael is at his most annoying stage, and that can't wait until someone miss that deadline with the computer. 108 minutes? Maybe some more as counter didn't start when Locke pressed execute button. But in any case, poor Desmond, didn't get much sleep I recon.

Btw, anyone in the mood to PM me the page where discussion for first two episodes are? Would really appreciate it as wouldn't want to see any spoilers for rest of them.

Also, based on preview for ep. 3, not looking forward to it...reminded me somehow on Planet of the Apes.
