Post The Rachel McAdams Appreciaton Thread
Let's show some love for the REAL star of Mean Girls.

It was a delight watching her in the film. Especially since I could see some features of teenage girls I cam across in high school :P

So let's appreciate her!

Zingaling, do you appreciate her using big font and the color blue? Can you do that??!! Are you brave enough?!

I appreciate her a LOT. She's hot. And, she kicked ass in Mean Girls.

So...

Although Rachel McAdams was terrific in Mean Girls, I think she should especially be given notice for her role in The Notebook, which is (in my opinion), one of the finest performances by an actress this year.

I have yet to see that film, but seeing its wonderful b.o. performance, and the good WOM, it's high on my to watch list. I tend to be late with these things; I just saw Mean Girls not too long ago. I loved it, btw. It was somewhat cheesy in parts, but it's absolutely adorable in the best way possible.

And the message, what a message! The fact that the film at the end doesn't victimize anyone but rather gives each character a chance to redeem themselves is really wonderful and refreshing. (Well, that chatty sidekick leeched onto another girl, but at least she seems happy doing that).

I love Rachel McAdams, from her hilarious performances in The Hot Chick and Mean Girls, to her amazing and heartbreaking performance in The Notebook. I've loved Rachel McAdams ever since I saw The Hot Chick in...2001 I believe, and I wanted more from her. I'm happy to say, she's now doing great roles, and she's an amazing actress.

She gave a surprisingly very strong performance in The Notebook and was excellent Mean Girls. I still think she should have gotten the role in Fantastic Four instead of Jessica Alba...

Rachel McAdams is awesome. She was great in Mean Girls. She had an amazing performance in The Notebook and created some laughs in The Hot Chick. I can't wait until her next movies Red-Eye and The Wedding Crashers come to theaters next year.

Rachel McAdams is awesome. I love Mean Girls, The Notebook, and the Hot Chick. I see her winning an Oscar or a Golden Globe in the future.

Both Mean Girls and The Notebook are in my top ten this year, and they were nothing but helped by her performances. I think she has a great carreer lined up in front of her, if she makes the same choices in movies she did this year.
