Wow...really tough to guess which one will win. I'd probably go with Rent or The Family Stone

Indeed. Now THAT will be a snub at the Oscars. Kilmer delivered the best supporting actor performance of the year, bar none.

Congrats to My Summer of Love. The best movie of the year about homosexuality, one that was snubbed for Rent.

Hmmm, no, My Summer of Love was in limited release, so it was not snubbed for Rent, I'd think...

Oh I see...

So... if a movie gets 300 theaters it's wide release... if it gets 60 it's limited.

Silly me!

Too bad. One of these days I'm going to do my own awards, and they'll get it right.

At least Walk on Water is up there, though honestly that movie was about everything and nothing at the same time.

My Summer of Love was great, but it's no Brokeback Mountain ;).

And no, My Summer of Love is not a 2004 release, it's a 2005 release. It was released in the US in 2005 (this summer).
