WTF?!… The thing I hate the most, Horror/Comedies especially the foreign ones, hell I don’t even know if it was a comedy and even if it was, it was very unfunny. What a very misleading trailer, I thought it was going to be a serious horror flick
The movie was like watching a shitty made for TV movie, bad FXs, incredibly stupid, the dialogue was horrible and the character were just annoying as hell! WOW!
Im not really sure what happened, was it alien invasion or a zombie attack?!…or both?!…I don’t care anyways the movie is just hideous

The Fog
Well that sucked, I found it to be very boring, dumb, stupid and that ending was pretty much horrible. The FX were cool

The Brothers Grimm-

The part that ruined the whole movie for me was the Gingerbread scene. Really Dumb.

My favorite scene in the film. Seriously.
I thought it needed more of that over-the-top silliness, rather than the endless scenes of Damon and Ledger running around murky forest sets.
I enjoyed it though.

Underworld B It was much better then I had remembered it being. Although it's unarguably a case of style over substance, and a number of the characters are rather thin, it's an engaging and inventive little film.

This is definitely a guilty pleasure for me. All of the performances are good, although the dad and mom are a little over-the-top they are still very impressive. I especially liked the mother's performance. She was hilarious, and very convincing. This has always been one of my favorites. Some of Wes Craven's best work in my opinion, next to Scream.

You say it was much better than you remember it being, but I rememeber you gave it an A- originally, so I am a bit confused, heh.

Valiant
i was forced to see Valiant, i was babysitting my 8 year old niece all morning until just now. we were very bored and went to the movies, and well...she wanted to see this and the result was good, she really liked it and me...kinda
anyways, the first 30 minutes were pretty good and actually funny, and after that half hour everything just falls apart and becomes horribly boring.
The visuals were great

dammit this is the 3rd time ive been trying to see King Kong ......all the showings were soldout, its a holiday over here, so i think thats why
The Family Stone
I totally expected a different movie, like more comedic.
its fantastic anyways, those awkward moment really made me feel uncomfortable and sorry for Parker’s character, I honestly wanted to shoot the whole family. It’s a really touching movie, especially at the end.
The cast is phenomenal and the acting was amazing, the story was beautiful, the dialogue was great and very realistic

Match Point
Oh, my. Well, I wasn't expecting this. Match Point is so different from anything Woody Allen has ever done that it would be almost impossible to tell he wrote/directed it if you didn't already know. With that being said, this is easily his strongest film since Crimes and Misdemeanors and is (along with Interiors) probably the best "serious" work he has ever attempted. Jonathan Rhys-Meyers is terrific as Chris, who becomes increasingly desperate to cover his tracks with erratic behavior as his affair with Scarlett Johansson's Nola continues. Johansson and Emily Mortimer's Chloe represent both the two women in Chris' life and two different kinds of people. Chloe is both adoring and "safe" but apparently unwilling to question her own true happiness while Nola is alluring but "risky", coming across at various times as both confident and utterly needy. What is so wonderful about Match Point is its gradual, slow burn change from an "ordinary", straightforward drama about wanting what/who you can't have to an increasingly taut, almost frightening psychological thriller. I won't spoil any of the twists and turns presented in this film, but if you think you know how this movie is going to end, you are likely wrong. One of the five best movies of 2005. A
