Zing - I think most of your predictions at the top are very close, maybe a tiny bit high, and all the rest are fine except maybe Wolf Creek. Darkness made 6M over two days last year. So I think 3.7M is too low.

I'm sure I went too high with the top two movies for sure, and probably even Munich, which I kind of agree with BOG on right now and maybe I should have stuck with my original prediction of 4.8 Million over Fri-Sun. But whatever, it's not an easy week to predict so nobody should sweat it. We'll see what happens.

I had no idea how to predict anything so i just based everything on a 3 day Xmas weekend and just didnt even mess with Monday... I figure at least Ill be under on everything and I have a better shot at a decent % if im under instead of over.... Rumor Producers and Wolf I did try to come up with a 2 day total however and that made my head hurt

Haha, here's my total "out of nowhere" predictions. Like others have said, I don't really know at all what I'm doing. And yes, my King Kong prediction is high; I WANTED to go back on and change it (it was an early in the week prediction) but the stupid site (BOM) was screwy last night and I couldn't even get to the derby page and properly load in new predictions. So I gave up and went to bed. Meh.
King Kong - $45.0 million
Cheaper by the Dozen 2 - $25.0 million
The Chronicles of Narnia - $22.4 million
Fun with Dick and Jane - $20.8 million
Rumor Has It - $11.5 million
The Family Stone - $8.6 million
Munich - $8.4 million
Memoirs of a Geisha - $7.0 million
The Producers - $6.0 million
Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire - $5.6 million
The Ringer - $4.5 million
Wolf Creek - $2.6 million
PEACE, Mike.

This weekend's gonna be awesome, with all of our derby scores getting crushed one by one, whether it be one BAD prediction on one movie or mediocre predictions on ALL movies. Who will leave unscathed?

King Kong $38.1m
Cheaper by the Dozen 2 $33.1m
Narnia $28.3m
Fun With Dick and Jane $27.6m
Rumor Has It $11.5m
Memoirs of a Geisha $11m
The Family Stone $9.5m
Munich $8m
The Ringer $6.6m
Harry Potter $5.5m
Wolf Creek $4.8m
The Producers $3m
The Wednesday numbers have pretty much killed my hopes of getting a great score. Especially CBTD2's. But maybe it can manage a massive increase into the weekend...

Shit, I just realized I screwed up on my Family Stone predict. I had it's 3-day dropping around 47%-49% to 6.4 mil. Then instead of adding the 2.5 mil+ or more onto the Monday to make it 8.9-9.3 or so, I actually put in the 6.4 as the 4-day. Grrr....

These look like 3-day predictions instead of 4-day.
I may have gone too low on The Ringer. It has been No. 1 at moviefone since early today. Doesn't mean it'll be a hit, but fewer than $3000 PTA for 4-day seems unlikely.

The page says 12/23-12/26, though. That would be pretty funny if he had the wrong predictions entered.

My Derby Predictions(Guessings...):
1. King Kong - $40.0 million
2. Cheaper by the Dozen 2 - $26.0 million
3. The Chronicles of Narnia - $24.0 million
4. Fun with Dick and Jane - $21.0 million
5. Memoirs of a Geisha - $10 million
6. The Family Stone - $9.0 million
7. Munich - $9.0 million
8. Rumor Has It - $7.0 million
9. The Ringer - $5.0 million
10. Wolf Creek - $5.0 million
11. Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire - $4.0 million

Haven't put in any decimals this week. With all the releases + predicting so early that would be even more guessing....if i'm within a few millions i'm satisfied

Wow, maybe Brandon knows something we don't about Christmas Eve landing on a Saturday? Still, those seem REALLY low. This weekend is CRAZY.

I think that he thinks that the drops will be in the 50-60% range. I disagree, I think they will be in the 35-45% range.
