If you contact his ISP you can almost certainly get him booted off it. And if it's something like a terminal in a school or other institution, perhaps more.

First of all, his arguements don't warrant the justification and validation of being coutnered. Secondly, he's just a troll and spammer, which is why I'm requesting a ban. In the past others have brought up alot of content I feel is offensive but I didn't request a ban mostly because I can't help it if some people are idiots. He definately deserves a ban now but becasue I did not take everything he had done into consideration when I made that post I did not think he was banable at teh time. I did what i do a lot, making a desition before getting all the facts.
