I started working out in the summer as well as running a couple of times a week early in the morning (with one of my best friends). I kept it up going to the gym at least 3 times a week. By September I had gained some muscle on my arms, maybe bulked up my chest a teeny bit but the most impressive was that I lost one belt notch around my waist and now am coming closer to losing another notch.
Overall, I'm pretty thrilled with the results except for my stomach. I still have a rather not-so-flat abdomen 
I want to know what's the best way to get that in shape....? Is it just alot of sit-up and crunches?

Though honestly, maybe I'm just shy or something, but I need a little more clothes on 'em. Something left to the imagination you know...so I can picture how I would get the clothes off. Process over product, right? Right?
