Okay guys, let me get something straight.
I am not trying to take my power for granted. Joking is fine with me, but the way Michael made it sound in that thread sounded very serious to me. Maybe I see things differently, but if does drive you crazy, I appologize. I will rarely ever lock thread. I am here to make sure all of you are getting along, and Krem and I are here to answer all of your request, in terms of name change, rank change, concerns about another user, or if you think I am behaving like Sean.
I can rest assure you, I am not trying to be like Sean, I just want to make sure things are under control.
Back to the bubble issue. It is that simple, don't show anymore pictures. They freak me out and I take it personally. Let's just be friends and post like we use to post.
Sincerely
Scott Vasquez.

man ... people are being a bit immature, aren't they
guys, its not rocket science. anytime you get a new position, it takes time to figure them out. i've had a year to make more proper judgement on what comments are appropriate between 2 people and when they aren't. scott and krem will have the same issues in the beginning.
as far as the bubble issue goes .. man ... i still dont get whats going on. if the admins are removing it for their own personal reasons, tell them about it and if they still refuse to listen, contact me. but only then. i will be interfering as little as possible with the decisions .. i'll only step in if something is totally fucked up and no one is solving the issue.

bABA, it's not immaturity with some people, I think EVERYONE is trying to adjust to this, not just Scott and Krem. As far as I could tell, Eagle was coming back with a vengeance, and suddenly, he steps down. Big shock for everyone (that sounds sarcastic, but rest assured I'm very serious). Eagle gives you full leadership of KJ, and we adapt to you solely as admin, and not you and Eagle. Then, you suddenly step down. Another huge surprise for all of us. And, without absolutely any warning, Krem and Scott V. are admins for the site, a bunch of moderators are demoted, and we're left to quickly adapt to these new changes. You can't blame us really for quickly judging Scott, because he's not the only one adapting to these changes. We all are, and it's a bit weird, since every single one of these changes were sudden and without warning.
But... we'll all make it through. In one happy orgy of love.

Krem and Scott will have my full support if they re-install the ignore button so I can avoid posts like this:

To summarize: Krem and Scott are n00bies! And like most n00bies anywhere on the net they will over step their bounds and face some ridicule but will end up doing just fine.
That's my working theory anyway, it keeps me calm.

i refered to it as immaturity because i think people need to give others a chance to grow into things. when we started, the mods and admin's were second guessing each other's decisions .. making some awful decisions from time to time ... and people claim that we still do. this is new to both scott and krem. if we look at the views on the rules, it doesn't even seem like everyones read them.
just give them time ... relax. i have 15 PMs lying in my inbox with complaints over something i consider minor because i think the issue could have been easily solved by bringing it to everyone's attention in 1 thread in 'the site' in a nice polite way. that wasn't done.

Hey... wait a second, it works both ways, doesn't it? Give us a chance to grow into new things too before you bitch slap us! As Mr X pointed out we're like a dysfunctional family where the parents just got divorced and mommy is now sleeping with a new daddy and we just walked in and saw mommy screwing who we thought was our uncle because she told us that it was our uncle to protect us from the truth that it was really her new boyfriend and he will soon be my stepdad, and to top it off our eventual "dad" is younger than me and I have to call him daddy now which is like totally fucked up and not right, so I'm a little pissed off at mommy and then my uncle/dad comes and tells me I'm being immature, and I'm all like "well I just saw you screwing mommy, wouldn't you be immature about that and you're like 10 years younger than me which really is strange because I am only 14 or something."
I think you see what I am saying. You're the immature one, mr poopy pants.
And just for the record, banning bubbles is not "minor"... that's fucked up in a whole new way. It's a category 4 disastor.

I think Krem and Scott are excellent choices. Scott is probably the most unbiased person here in regards to other forum members. He will easily be able to make objective decisions. And Krem, well, if anybody really doesn't think Krem is suitable for the job, then the who the hell is? Krem is EASILY one of the first members I would trust to balance maturity, intelligence, and a sense of humour to be a good administrator.
Good luck guys! And much thanks to baba as well.
PEACE, Mike.

When we started this forum, all of us in the moderator dept went crazy doing stuff too. over time, we adjusted. give time. and as always, voice concern here. You have 2 admins now. Appeal to a 2nd admin if you have a problem with the first. They'll sort it out between them.
Thanks again.
I only see 2 locked threads.
Guys. Apparenlt no one remembers me. I'm pretty sure i locked about 8 threads and deleted 10 posts in cooler alone the first week we started up here. People take time to adjust to their ideals.
Personally, I was uber worried about the BOM baiting, deterring future members from registering, and I'd heard these vague premonitions about "Daily Smile" where "the conversation never took off above stewing in past events," etc. I was so paranoid that would happen agin I micromanaged everytime those three letters showd up back-to-back.
It takes a couple days. 'Til then, its quite apparent Scott doesn't take criticism personally, and if anyone has a problem with his conduct, bring it up with him and he'll revisit it.
He's already admitted while he's not spectacular with deciphering tone over the internet, he's great with establishing patterns. So he'll get into a rythm shortly no doubt.

That's the moral of the story....
A) No one remembers you
B) You're not a mod any more
C) A bird in the hand is worth 12 in the basket, but don't count them before they hatch or burn the bridge behind you that leads to them.

That would be historically inaccurate: Indians only discoevered horses when white men arrived.
