I haven't had that much time to think about it, but there's four different poossibilites, and a question with only two possible outcomes. So, if I had to come up with such a question, I'd refuse to do it

So you imply that there is no such question?

Yes, if that's all the information the King is willing to give to me.

In that case, you are right. With two outcomes, but four possibilities it is impossible. The King was simply fed up with Kazir.
Conclusion:
The King's daughter was so mad about her father's unfair task that she simply ran off with Kazir and lived happily till the end of their lives.

The Island of Liars and Knights
Those are the riddles about the Island of Liars and Knights. This island is exclusively populated by Liars and Knights:
Liars - Inhabitans of the Island who ALWAYS lie
Knights - Inhabitans of the island who ALWAYS say the truth
The Lie Epidemic
RIDDLE #1
One day, Annabel and her suitor Alexander come to the Wizard's tower to listen to his report on the Lie Epidemic which spread over the Island of Liars and Knights about three years ago..
"The Epidemic came over the island like a tornado and infected about a half of all inhabitants. Thankfully, I wasn't one of the sick" says the Wizard. "No one could give an exact diagnosis. There were no physical changes, just mental ones. The whole Epidemic lasted for about a week and during that time chaos reigned on the island. Then, all of sudden, everything went back to normal".
"What were the mental effects of the Epidemic?" asks Alexander.
"Well, all infected had their roles changed all of sudden. That means that the infected Knights lied all the time while the infected Liars always spoke the truth. At the same time, healthy Knights still spoke the truth and healthy Liars lied as usually. So that means there were four types of inhabitants on the island - sick Knights, sick Liars, healthy Knights and healthy Liars. Sick Knights and healthy Liars lied and healthy Knights and sick Liars were truthful. So anytime you met an inhabitants of the island who lied you couldn't possibly know whether that was a sick Knight or a healthy Liar"
"This must have been very confusing," says Alexander.
"At first it was, indeed," replies the Wizard. "But then one day I went on a walkacross the island and was talking to different inhabitants that I didn't know before to see whether I can learn something about the issue and in fact I did learn some interesting things."
Alexander deliberates for a moment and then says: "I understand that generally you can't distinguish between a sick Knights and a healthy Liar. For instance, if you someone had said that two and two make five you could certainly not know whether the person is a Knight or a Liar. But were there exceptions? Was it possible to find out whether a person was a sick Knight or a healthy Liar when this person just made one simple statement?"
"Good question." says the Wizard. "In fact, I came across such a situation. I met an inhabitant of the island that I have never known before. He made one statement to me which instantly recognized as false, which also made me know whether the person was just a healthy Liar or a sick Knight."
Question:
Can you think of such a statement?

Easy: "I am a healthy liar". The statement is obviously false, and since a healthy liar could not say it, so it must've been uttered by a sick Knight.

I was thinking the exact same thing, except for "I am a sick knight." It never asked for a specifis case to determine either. That's definitely it.

Question:
What was the statement?

What statement would accomplish that?

Hehe, I don't even know if you are just hiding the right answer above or not on purpose, but it is in there, hehe. I suppose you do and in that case, you are right.

I am, but I'm also a bit light-headed. A 0.75 liter bottle of Chimay can do this to you.

Hmmm, a 0.75 liter bottle can't do that to me.
