Hey, I don't want to sound like I'm complaining, but there are a few members here who have started going overboard with the size of their sigs, and it hurts the eyes just to look at them. Isn't there some kind of limit that can be put on the size of the sigs that are allowed? If nobody else cares, I'll just shut up.

Yours is a little bit loud, yes. Any signature longer than 2 inches is a bit much on the eyes. It's the same as somebody POSTING EVERYTHING IN CAPITAL LETTERS IN EVERY POST. IT'S A BIT HARD TO LOOK AT AFTER AWHILE, AND WHEN MORE THAN A FEW START DOING IT, IT'S HEADACHE INDUCING.

I would have to compile a list, but Spider-Man, Moviegeek, Vincent, and Michael are 4 people that are going way overboard on signature size. Now I'll be labeled the bad guy for complaining and naming names.

But, but, Michael's is also a promo for the WOTK IFF Maybe if I got 100 people to join as moviegoers I would ask them to take them down. They only did it because I've been begging people to help promote the event.

You're promoting it, too, and you're not causing headaches with your sig at the same time. Can't he make his sig the same size as you and make everybody happy?

I stopped doing "pics in sigs" a while ago. I was probably one of the first to do it back at the start of KJ with my Jennifer Garner stuff. I did a few since then, but I don't put pics there anymore. Sometimes, it can be a bit much, but I don't mind a lot. If someone posted a huge-ass picture, it would be troublesome.

I made a similar thread about 6 months ago pleading people not to use pictures in signatures. I'm not as against it now as I once was, but the huge ones still bother me. It's like pop-up ads annoying.

Vincent and Spider-Man come to mind.

i'll let michael's sig be for now only cause its for something a lot of people helped promote (in and outside the site).

Matatonio, your signature though, i think may be too wide for people with 800 by 600.

everyone, please be careful with your signatures ... they can be annoying if they're too big (in width and in height) and it can become annoying if they are very flashy or are big gif files. examples of good gifs that come to mind are neo_wolf's dancing peple, while the file was big, it was easy on the eyes.

Sommie - here's a genius idea: instead of using quote tags, why not just say: "Ripper: A good leader knows when to give in and follow, and when to take charge; doing either 100% of the time makes one a bad leader and a bad follower." and so on.

I will say this, all Hillary Duff,Lindsay Lohen, the OC, and WB show banners should be banned
