I called Ashcroft a long time ago.
The odd thing about the legalizing of incredibles ... is that it is something suggested on Maddox Mission ... i just find that funny.

godd that pisses me off! We are supposed to seal off Mexico not join with them and have illegal immigrants become apart of us. Just another easy way for terrorists to come in here

Gotta love maddox.
Very glad Ashcroft is gone. Next up, Rumsfeld. Then only two guys are left in the "CARB (Cheney, Ashcroft, Rumsfeld, Bush)" axis of evaaaaal!

Dude. Stop conforming to such ridiculous name calling
I've never smoked pot in my life, though, bABA believes otherwise. I don't have the long haired thing going, and although I'd prefer peace (who wouldn't), I'm not a major Phish or Grateful Dead fan.
This is a major generalization.

Kinda like how you generalize bush supporters? Odd isn't it when the tables are turned.

Coasterman, what about those Italians? Are they any less dangerous than the Mexicans?
Hell, if I weren't welcome in the US and I lived in Italy, I'd want to deny you entrance (or a learning experience... ).
America is the way it is because of immigrants. That's what helped establish NYC, Cleveland, Chicago, Detroit, Baltimore, etc. as major cities.
To deny them the right, even under times, is upsetting.

Illegal immigrantion and regular immigration are two different things. The immigrants who helped establish all those cities were well in fact not illegal immigrants! They came long time ago when the government offered them a place to live. Much like how immigration in Canada was highly pushed by the government in the early days.

I'm not going to deny that, but, Coasterman's assuming a "fuck all immigrants" stance. This intolerance bothers me.

I actually understood a "fuck all illegal immigrants" from coaster. Not all immigrants. You just misread torr.

Literally, it implies illegal. But, from the tone, I can imply that he's pretty much saying the same thing about all immigrants, because security matters. Comments such as "Just another easy way for terrorists to come in here" illustrate this.
Whatever.

People tend to forget that this country was basically founded on Immigrants
Also, these "fuckin immigrants" are here mostly for the soul purpose of providing for their family bc they get .80 an hour to work in a fuckin factory in Mexico. The mexicans in America are doin all the jobs, we as Americans dont feel like doing. Plus, when they are here, they STILL get treated like shit and are underpaid.
Such compassion by some people....im just blown away

You're simply putting words into other peoples mouths. Illegal immigration is another easy way for terrorists to get in and it is a serious problem. How can you judge a tone over the internet? You must have some superhuman ears or something

Tone can be judged through words. Ask any literature teacher. Or, basic English teacher.
Coasterman's way of expressing discontent with Bush's actions ("We are supposed to seal off Mexico not join with them...Just another easy way for terrorists to come in here") illustrates a no exception tolerance when it comes to ANY immigrant. Though I'm sure he implied illegal immigrants, the wording is a bit extreme.
Sorry for the confusion. Feel free to call me a hippy, hippy.
