Well, to be fair to them, I'm not sure if Mike actually "hates" you, I think he was just expressing his frustration at the particular problem, which was an effect of something you did previously. Or, at least that's what I think.

Yes, but the thing is, I tried talking to Mike on IRC a few times, and he never answered. At least not to my knowledge. Either way, I talked to him tonight. Nothing much, but at least he talked to me.

What facts? The fact is MikeQ. said he hated me on BOM. I saw it with my own eyes. I simply thought it would be nice if he said it to me. If it was here, that'd be fine! But, he said it somewhere, where I can't defend myself at all. Call me everything you can, I really don't care. But, the least you could do is say it to my face.

Anyway, Mike and me seem okay, in a sense. I guess this is pointless. People always have criticism to share with me, which is cool. Criticism is okay.

There's a thread you really like, and which you consider useful, and you try to look for it, and someone deleted it without any reason. So, you're understandably upset. Considering that guy deleted a LOT of threads (you were really busy), I can see how someone would say "I hate this guy". But...it's one of those quick comments, I'm sure. Mike was referring to the act of deleting those threads, which is indicative of what a jerk would do, rather than you directly. Methinks it's a key difference there.

Okay here goes. I don't understand what has happened to you. I don't dislike you per se, but you seem to have become more emotional and more unstable this year in your posts. I think Mike just used a figure of speech to vent his frustration, but it's not the type to literally hate you over deleting his thread. I would, but not MikeQ.

I think the most serious problem you would really have to ever face with anybody, is that they won't be giving you any powers to abuse. You had to know that would the case when you started deleting and moving threads at BOM. It's really not a big deal, though. That leaves you with plenty of time to just post and have fun, so what's so bad about that? :wink:

Mav is right, but ultimately that is because you lost alot of people's trust (and possibly respect). In this online community that might not matter all that much, we don't have to trust you to read your posts and respond back. At the same time though, tha lack of trust is going to effect how ohter posters view, at least until you earn back that trst and respect.

Moderating... something I am GLAD to be rid of. I think a few weeks ago, I inquired into being a mod here, but even if someone actually thought more of me and thought it was a good idea, I won't even bother trying anymore. I don't think there's anyone here who would allow me to mod here, so if they did, I still wouldn't. It's something that killed who I was, and ultimately I took my anger back out on it, and it got me in a heep of trouble. Hopefully, with that, I can just relax with posting, not care if bashing is occuring, and just say "Let someone else take care of that". I don't ask for people's trust or respect, just ask to listen.
