Sundays after Family Guy 830 PM CST.
This week it also starts airing on Cartoon Network's Adult Swim: 10 PM CST Thursday and 1 AM CST Friday.

That's awesome! Thanks for the information. And all of this time I was skipping Family Guy because I thought it came on at 9, and it would interfere with Desperate Housewives, but now I can watch all three! \:D/

Just saw the new episode (Thank you TiVo!), and yes, it was a lot funnier than last week's. Still not up to par with Family Guy, but it's getting there.

The more I watch these shows, the more I am beginning to like them. Each episode seems to keep getting better and better. It's still nowhere near being as good as Family Guy, and it probably won't be, but it's still pretty good.

I like that they're spending a lot of stories on Francine.

This last episode was actually funnier than Family Guy was right before it!
Good episode, love that Racoon bit.

One of the funniest parts was Bill Pullman listing the movies he was in, and saying he was in Twister, and then was like "Oh wait... that was Bill Paxton!"

I swear, this show gets better and better every episode.
I loved every scene Patrick Stewart's character, especially the "parachute ghosts".
I noticed that Rob Corrdry (from the Daily Show) was listed in the credits. Anyone know which character he voiced?

The random subplot involving the jeweled feces was pure MacFarlen genius. I can't wait to see what happens next.
Pakis hate Blacks, I find that hilarious.

Iranians!!
and yes .. i can't believe he spent like an entire 5 minutes filming that sub plot and portrayed it so accurately .. like they do in other movies. It was pure brilliance!

I loved the subtle little ending, with cigarette-in-mouth Francine pointing at a bruised Stan with the paper bag over his head, and someone taking a picture.
And the aforementioned subplot? Genius.

Was the subplot an X-files parody?

An alien shitting gold?
I thought the subplot was equal parts Hitchcock and the prologue from Return of the King.

On a week-by-week basis, I think this season of American Dad has been better than the new season of Family Guy.
The jewelled faeces sub-plot was comedy genius.

As American Dad continues to get better and better (and even better than that, the similarities between Family Guy and American Dad are pretty small, so it's not like American Dad is a carbon copy of Family Guy), FOX has ordered an additional 13 episodes of American Dad, added on to the initial 19 episodes, and at least 32 produced episodes of the show. Not as great as the 22 episodes picked up for Family Guy, but it's a start.
