 Predicting the Election
MSNBC
207 Bush
199 Kerry
CNN
197 Bush
188 Kerry
FoxNews
210 Bush
144 Kerry
ABCNews
237 Bush
195 Kerry
So of the states left, what states would you predict will need to go to each candidate ensuring the election?

Yes, but I want people to post their "predictions" based on the states that are still up in the air.

Forget the predictions now, it's all down to Ohio... Whoever wins Ohio, will be the next President!!!

Lets say New Hampshire goes to Kerry, and Colorado passes the electoral split measure, what then?

There is no way (or extremely small chance, almost non-existent) Colorado will pass the split measure:
Colorado voting on the Amendment 36 Presidential Electors
2233 of 3086 precincts - 72 percent
No 947,188 - 66 percent
Yes 483,879 - 34 percent

So, wont it be 269 electoral votes for Bush if he fails to get New Mexico like what happened in 2000?

Doesn't matter, if Bush wins Ohio right now, he will have 269 votes... There is no way Kerry will win both Nevada and New Mexico, at least one of them, if not both, will go to Bush and get him over 270... No tie, realistically speaking...
