And I'm actually really glad they're giving The Office another go.
After watching a double bill of Scrubs last night post Desperate Housewives i felt the urge to go online and make sure it was returning. God its a fucking hillarious show and i cant believed ive missed so many seasons.

AMERICAN DREAMS is gone, THE OFFICE is actually staying, SCRUBS has been "held back" for a start sometime later in the season but not in the fall (I wonder if they'll end up bringing it back at all later or will they just end up dumping it?), and shockingly their Thursday night line-up of JOEY, WILL & GRACE, APPRENTICE, and ER will remain the same. Hopefully JOEY and WILL & GRACE will do better ratings next season. I just wish WILL & GRACE would get back to its old roots and be as great as it once was. Bring back Woody Harrelson for Grace! I loved him on the show and he was WAY, WAY, WAY better as her boyfriend than Harry C. was. He was dull! I think Woody Harrelson should come back and Grace and him should eventually get married. But I'd like Will to find a better boyfriend than his current one. Someone really great and then he can eventually have a "commitment ceremony." I wouldn't want Grace to get married before that because it would just put the spotlight on Grace when Will hasn't gotten enough attention on the show when it comes to his dating life. Grace has had all of it. Anyway, I just wish the show would get great again! Come on!!!

I think the fact that Joey and Will and Grace are anchoring shows that NBC have no good alternates.
Which is at least a partial sigh of relief for us ABCer's

I can see The Apprentice: Martha Stewart being a hit. At least at the beginning.
Will do as well as The Apprentice itself most likely. Trump will be pimping it as he is involved with the idea.
As for these other shows. Play it by ear. Joey is an unneeded spinoff. Yes, it's a sad turn of events, but it's not like Matt needs the cash. So I wouldn't feel too bad.
