Glad you liked it. Now make sure you love L.A. Confidential
By the way, have you seen Eternal Sunshine?

No, I was asking because of Carrey. I thought his best performance to-date was in ES, even though I liked The Truman Show somewhat better.

Glad that you liked it, Zingy.
I will be seeing this again soon, and hopefully I'll discover what I missed the first time. The pressure is on. #-o

Great in every way. Plot, acting, visuals; all are top-notch. Carrey is excellent, and the supporting cast - especially Harris - is very good. A fantastic concept executed perfectly. One of the best deadpan satirical films I've ever seen.

Just rented it and watched it today, and the movie is pure brilliance. Enough said.

 Re: The Truman Show
This is honestly one of the best movies I've ever seen. Carrey should've gotten an oscar nom, and this should've been nominated for BP. The plot is so original and well-done, and its also very entertaining.

 Re: The Truman Show
Watched this one after last seeing it when I was only ten years old. It's magnificent, easily a 9/10, and one of the best movies I've ever seen. Definitely Carrey's best film to date.

THE TRUMAN SHOW - 8/10 (A-)
Just saw it for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. Jim Carrey was great, one of his best performances, and Natascha McElhone was so lovely. I used to find her really unattractive but certainly not here.
