 Peter Pan & Wendy  Quote: Peter Pan & Wendy is an American fantasy adventure film directed by David Lowery from a screenplay he co-wrote with Toby Halbrooks. Jim Whitaker served as producer on the Walt Disney Pictures production, which is a live-action adaptation of Walt Disney's 1953 animated film Peter Pan, in turn based on the 1904 play Peter Pan; or, the Boy Who Wouldn't Grow Up (also known as Peter and Wendy) by J. M. Barrie. The film stars Alexander Molony (in his film debut) and Ever Anderson in the title roles. Jude Law, Yara Shahidi, Alyssa Wapanatâhk, Joshua Pickering, Jacobi Jupe, Molly Parker, Alan Tudyk and Jim Gaffigan also appear in supporting roles.

Re: Peter Pan & Wendy Shockingly not terrible, Peter Pan and Wendy overcomes it’s gender and race swaps to deliver an enjoyable take on the Peter Pan story, with strong effects, lavish production design decent child performers and a beautiful score.
By default one of the better live action remakes. It finds ways to differentiate itself from the cartoon while still feeling related.

Re: Peter Pan & Wendy No desire to see these live action remakes on the grounds that they are live action remakes, but getting annoyed in how much people just focus on the admittedly forced diversification of these movies for better or worse.
