The 2nd place in the end will be good though. I hope the movie has enough showtimes for $4 million before theaters stop showing it.

The only regret for the movie is the China market. Monster Hunter is really a nemesis for the movie. If it had been released in January as they had planned, the movie would have easily made at least $100 million there.

Yes!! It's sad that it didn't get to show in China if only it released before Monster hunter. But at least DS might be the only film in 2020 to reach a $500M milestone. This is such a great accomplishment and I can't thank the anime community enough! This will help other companies to invest in anime since there really is monetary returns. Congrats to all of us!
