Re: Oscar Ratings: LOLZ I dunno if Soul would have made much of a difference since tv ratings have been way down across the board, but at least it would have given the average viewer something to root for. Even in a normal year I don’t think any of the BP noms would have crossed $50M.

Re: Oscar Ratings: LOLZ Yeah it was very muted overall because of the shift in time and I don't think it had the usual air of authenticity and anticipation in comparison to past years where people are rooting for a few movies because they enjoyed them in theaters.

Re: Oscar Ratings: LOLZ It was right in line with the massive decreases of other awards shows. Feels like Glenn Close got the best ratings for the night for her dancing despite another Oscar loss. She feels like a shoe in for her next one Sunset Boulevard from 8 losses and being the most viral moment of the Oscars.
