Secretary is great! I wish more people had seen that movie. I'm applauding your taste Tony, I didn't realize it was so diverse. But Vanilla Sky???? I've heard only bad things about it. Its one to many layers removed from its source, 8 1/2.

Wow... 7 out of 10. That's shocking because usually you have really bad taste.

Have you never seen Spinal Tap, or do you just not like it?
You're a laugh out riot Tony.

Havnt seen Spinal Tap

It's good to see someone else here liked Secretary! I thought I was alone on that one. :D

I have the Open Your Eyes DVD, and like that one too, but I liked Vanilla Sky a little better. It was a little slicker and while Penelope was great in both, I liked the other actors (Cruise, Diaz) more than the original version. Plus the music was much better in VS.

I kid, of course. Except for the occasional video game, you have pretty good taste.

I'd imagine that you'd probably like This is Spinal Tap.

I figured that out the first 100 times you made that joke.

I'll check out the movie when I take back Finding Neverland.

But, I kid...

Ahhh! Well, you need to get busy and start watching some movies!!! You've never seen Anchorman? It's an artsy high brow humor movie. You'll love it.

Good choices! My favourite choices in this list are Napoleon Dynamite and There's Something About Mary. Those are great comedies. Your horrendously bad choice is Anchorman. In my opinion of course.

PEACE, Mike ;)

I present to you my top 10 movies - actually there are 12 movies, but who's counting? The set feature 4 Carrie-Anne Moss movies in the top 3, which, besides being impossible, has to be some kind of record. I'm proud that no movie in my top 10 ever got an Oscar for best picture or any acting awards.

1. The Matrix Trilogy (Matrix, Matrix Reloaded, Matrix Revolutions) – 1999, 2003 – Carrie-Anne Moss/Keanu Reeves

1999 was clearly my favorite year for movies, by quite a distance. 13% of my top 100 came from 1999.

Year & Number of movies on my list from that year
1999 - 13
2001 - 9
2004 - 8
2000 - 8
1996 - 7
1998 - 5
1994 - 5
1980 - 5

I had a movie listed for every year from 1980-2005, except for 1987, 1991, and 1995. Those must have been sucky years for movies.

Most appearances by actor:
Tom Cruise - 4
Carrie-Anne Moss - 4
Harrison Ford - 4
John Cusack - 4
Chevy Chase - 3
Jim Carrey - 3
Keanu Reeves - 3
Bruce Willis - 3
Ben Stiller - 3
Bill Murray - 3

This was fun, and I'm a little sad it's all over now. Can I go again?
