 Director Discussion Before I leave, I was intrigued by this Kanye tweet:
Name a director, and then what single film you would discuss with them, given the chance. One director per film. Feel free to divulge why you chose that director, and why you would discuss that film.

Re: Director Discussion Hitchcock on Vertigo. It was seen as such failure at the time and now is regarded as a masterpiece. I don't think there are many great interviews of him so I would have loved the opportunity to get a strong glimpse into it.

Re: Director Discussion I want to ask Doug Liman and John Curran about their respective films Fair Game and Chappaquiddick. Did they feel hands tied when adapting a based-on-true-event story? Any threats of lawsuits and pressure from financers? Do they think a meticulously written fictional story grounded in real situations can better serve the goal of capturing the essence of reality than real stories?
