Very nice list! I like a lot of the choices. Some of my favourite choices:
Requiem for a Dream
Patton
Donnie Darko
Jerry Maguire
Being John Malkovich
About Schmidt
Here are my major problem movies, that would never be anywhere near my top 100 list:
Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery
Team America: World Police
Beavis and Butthead Do America
Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story
Yes, they're all comedies, but I'm not against comedies, just THOSE comedies. I think all 4 are very low on the comedy film spectrum.
PEACE, Mike

I mostly like my comedies to be really low brow and offensive. That probably says something about me.

Yeah, I agree about Goldmember. I think it's a good job they finished where they did, they started recycling old jokes from the first two (albeit making a joke out of doing so which was still quite original in that respect  ) and it didn't look like it could go anywhere it hadn't already been.
Great list so far, a lot of your movies are in my Top 100 too. =D>

Thanks! Sounds like you're going to have a bitchin' top 100... I'm looking forward to seeing it.
And, that's my feelings about Goldmember exactly...

Ranger Brad, I'm a scientist, I don't believe in anything.
I've seen a bear do things, well... even things that even a bear wouldn't do.
Well, I suppose if I had wanted a safe life, I wouldn't have married a man who studies rocks.
From now on, I'll stick to science, and leave the hunting alien mutants to the experts!
Even when I was a child, I was hated by skeletons!
Cadavra is the best.

Those lines from Cadavra rock... it has a lot of really good ones. I especially love the dinner scene with the aliens and animala. You're one of the few here that keeps up with those off beat movies like American Movie and Cadavra. =D>
But, why no love for Bruce Campbell? Any movie with Elvis and a black JFK fighting a mummy that sucks souls via the anus has to be a classic.

Animala was hot. Rowr!
As for Bruce Campbell, I don't know why but I'm not a fan. Sue me.

Yay! Tony you've seen Lost Skeleton too? I know Loyal and makseshift have. I started a thread on it back at BOM and no one responded, so I assumed not many people saw it what with its 5 theatre limited release. But you saw it too? This movie really needs to get more loving. Its hilarious.
My favorite scene was the dinner scene too. I went with two friends it we just knew it was coming ten seconds before it happened. When the aliens are like "Let observe what they do and then we'll know what to do with this 'food' thing." And then animala dives into her bowl face first and they follow suite. =D>
I think I feel a movie night coming on! \:D/
