Both are good but not great films. Though at least Raw wasn't really slow. Probably 40 minutes into Thelma I was wondering when it was going to get interesting.

BEST VISUAL EFFECTS
BEST ART DIRECTION I'm not in love with the film (I did like it though) but damn if it's not one of the most striking looking films of the year. Even if you don't like it there's no denying how exquisite it is on a technical level. Obviously it wouldn't get any love from the Academy but it's really a shame. A real treat for the eyes. Don't overlook this one.

I can't get this movie out of my mind (nor do I want to). Just seeing the pictures in your post caused a little flutter and ache in my heart. ELIO! I agree with most of your suggestions for nominations except maybe Supp. Actress---is that the mother? She was excellent but so little screen time. And I would absolutely add Original Score.

If the score were original I would have added it but it's all previously released material. Totally thought I was the only one here who loved it. I'm thinking it won't get any nominations from KJ. But I'm still going to campaign for it.  The cinematography for the film has been really underrated during awards season, IMO. The film looks beautiful.
