Re: Forever My Girl Forever My Girl may have feature some sloppy editing, and the story is never going to give Streetcar a run for its money, but danged if it tweren’t a down home country delight! Alex Roe plays the lead dumb hunk as if it comes natural, but the real gem here is Jessica Rothe (who killed it in last year’s Happy Death Day). She is going to go far! Plus, Abby Ryder Fortson, the child actor who plays the daughter in Ant-Man, is adorably precocious here too. I was up for a heapin’ helpin’ of a country music romance movie, and happily saddled up for this ride. *B+*
