Did you watch the insider videos this week? There's one entitled Showdown, that if possible, would make you hate Lynn & Alex even more.

HATE Rob and Amby!!!! They are just an average, dull, couple that are trying to milk their 15 minutes of fame. I also hate the fact that we're all supposed to love and adore the fact that they're winning millions. Prescribed values! Someone gag me with a pitch-fork!

And btw, has Amber had more then three lines in any episode?!

Still, they'd be my least favourite team were it not for obnoxious Rob & Ron.

Yes, Rob can be obnoxious, but...fine. You all can hate him, I'm still going to think he's crafty.

I'm assuming Lynn is the one I drew the horns and beard on, right? He just looks like somebody that wouldn't be very cool at all, and Alex seems likehe might be under Lynn's influence. Is that an accurate perception?

The main problem with Lynn and Alex (mostly Lynn):

They talk about Rob and Amber, another team. Like...a lot. Too much. You see, Rob and Amber were both contestants on Survivor at one point, and were both on the All-Stars season, where they fell in love; Rob got runner-up while Amber won, so there was a grudge against them before the race even started because they don't need the money as much. Basically, Lynn spends about 55 minutes of every leg talking about how much he wants to beat Rob and Amber, how pathetic Rob and Amber are, how mean Rob and Amber are, how stupid Rob and Amber are, etc.

It gets to the point where you want to like Rob and Amber even if you don't just to spite Lynn.

Oh, my God, Libs, I hate to say this, but I officially can't wait for Tuesday now. (not being sarcastic)

I'd highly recommend reading the fabulous Miss Alli's recaps of The Amazing Race over at Television Without Pity. Not only do they summarize the show expertly (she has been watching from the beginning), but she is hilarious and adds her commentary all over the place. You can read recaps of all of Season 7 (which is about eight episodes or so; each episode runs about 11-17 pages, so you can figure that out) if you really want to be caught up on the fabulousness known as The Amazing Race.

Thank you, Libs, I will have it read before 9 PM Tuesday. Tell me something, does Lynn have an annoying voice? I just picture him with an annoying voice. You make him sound kinda prissy, too.

Oh, BTW, don't worry about making a list for me on movies to see. I totally forgot that you list what you're seeing in your sig, so I'll just go off that. (it takes awhile for me to use my head sometimes )

Lynn is the typical tolken, annoying, stereotypical, gay person you see on many reality tv shows (ex: Brandon on Surivor: Africa and Marcellas and Will on Big Brother 3 and 5 respectively). Although I share his disdain for our Surivor love will, I agree that he's a little too hung-up on it.

Average and dull?! AVERAGE AND DULL?! Argh. They placed first in four legs (well three, but they were there first the last episode which turned out to be a two part leg of some sort), so I don't think they're just average. And dull? Come on now. Hate them all you want, but average and dull is not Rob and Amber! ... *shuts up now* :-#

The old fellow who resembles Larry David is named Meredith. That just might be as bad as Lynn, but at least Meredith is likable.
