The best steak in the world is at The Big Texan in Amirallo Texas. If you can eat their 72 oz steak it's free. They have to kill 7 cows to make that steak (I'm estimating). Yummy.

I've been there twice and I didn't try the 72 oz either. I'm lucky if I can eat an entire 10oz steak. I've seen a few people trying it... last time we were there a group from Pixar was there (working on a movie that takes place on Route 66) and one of their guys was trying it while they were filming it. They didn't even get half of it down.

A-1 is basically raisins..
"cut off it's horns, wipe it's ass and bring it to the table"- ordering a steak rare, author unknown..

A steak should never exceed 14 ounces. If you want to have anything over 14 ounces, i suggest buying "2" steaks. anything over 14 ounces just doesn't cook well and taste good.

I'm sorry Gimli, but as much as I love steak, that one you just posted looked like something I flushed last night.

A steak is like a rubber band, when heated it tightens.. So let your meat rest 3-4 minutes after it comes off the grill, before eating. It will be tenderer......
