I'm doing no good here, though the lights are still on, so that's something! The site makes $583.07 a year via Google Ads, I pay $91 a month for the server. In other words, if your interested, don't be in it for the money.

I would like to transition ownership of the server and domain to the new owner, I have a few additional sites I need to get off the server in advance, meaning this won't be a quick process, and I'd expect it to drag into March. I'm sure once you get your head around the site, if interested you could likely find new hosting cheaper, likely close to break even. Very rarely the sessions table of the forum will crash, requiring you to login and repair it (a 30 second process), but otherwise very little typically needs done. The caveat being, if something went boom, you're on the hook for trying to fix it!

Yeah same here. Some capital and perhaps the ability to step in if the the site has issues but I suspect Lecter is best placed for this.

I can still provide some funds if needed. I don't think I'll be able to own this site or provide technical assistance as the working hours for me are a bit too unpredictable.
