I'm firmly in the 2015 camp.

Yep same - 2015 has a better bunch of films.

First glance, it's obviously 2015. But ask me next year at this time, with most of 2016 schedule "finalized"? Could be close.

Cinderella opening a week before Divergent 2 seems like a bad idea.

Cinderella has a better chance duplicating Alice in Wonderland's success than either Oz or Maleficent had, so I think it'll be perfectly fine. Cinderella is one of Disney's biggest and well-known properties. I'd be more concerned for Insurgent opening in its second week.

But it also appears to be a rote remake w/o any sort of gimmick or unique premise, like Alice was a sequel, Oz was a prequel and Maleficent was told from the POV of the villain.
