I'm baking a lemon meringue pie for dessert from scratch, and I never bake. Hopefully it turns out better than Rachel's English trifle did on Friends.

Re: Turkey or Ham for Thanksgiving?....or hot wings?
Turkey deep fried and injected with cajun sauce/seasoning - so tender, it literally falls apart.
Gotta have tenderloin as well, 7-layer salad, deviled eggs, mashed potatoes w/gravy, green bean casserole, squash casserole, mac & cheese.
Pumpkin pie and pecan pie

Typically both, but I usually end up eating more ham. Today I had prime rib though.

Re: Turkey or Ham for Thanksgiving?....or hot wings?
This year it was turkey and extras at a Horse Racing Casino. It cost 14.99 and it was overpriced really. It was all you can eat but I could only eat one plate and a slice of pecan pie. It was turkey, stuffing, candied yams, corn, mashed potatoes/gravy, cranberry sauce and a dinner role. Plus a beverage and pecan or pumpkin pie or both. Should have just gone to Golden Corral or Furrs. The place did have a lovely view of this super giant screen where I was watching the Lions trounce the Bears. After eating I proceeded to lose 10 dollars on slots.

Re: Turkey or Ham for Thanksgiving?....or hot wings?
Super traditional...
Moist turkey, a ton of stuffing and mashed potatoes, all smothered in gravy. And then pumpkin pie and a chocolate cream pie.

Re: Turkey or Ham for Thanksgiving?....or hot wings?
No, not this year. I have got work this year around Thanksgiving. Usually I can plan longer trips only far ahead. But 2017 or 2018, sure.
