Maybe, but that depends on how long those heroes have been around, for example when Bruce watches the video of Diana at the ATM, you can clearly read the year (2012), so we still don't know if they are currently fighting crime in their cities during the events of BvS.

Yeah I didn't like the random inclusion of the JL members either besides WW. A post credit tease would have been much better and it still feels like this is coming out too soon.

This. The whole premise is that to the world, Superman and Batman are the only known superheroes (since WW hasn't been active for a century, it appears). If there are others already operating and Batman doesn't know it, then he has the detective skills of Mr. Magoo.

Having the post credit scene be Bruce and Diana watching the footage together would've been waaay more effective than its random placement in the film.

Well, we didn't know Bruce Wayne was in Metropolis during the events of MoS and fighting crime for 20 fucking years when it first came out, so everything is possible.

Truth, but what tells you their films won't follow the same strategy/inclussion in the JL movie.
So far, it's only been confirmed that the WW flick will be an origin story, however the films from the other JL members could work as either prequels or sequels to BvS

I agree they need to build the solo films first otherwise this would be another hot mess with overstuffing and over-compensation.

Believe me, if Snyder stays, the project is doomed......... I wouldn't mind though because I enjoy his style. What WB must do is to hire a superb writer to help Terrio.

No way BvS' toxic WoM won't affect this film, no matter the excitement level.

If its reviews/WoM are on par with Man of Steel:

Opening Weekend - $150 million

Total Gross - $330 million

If they are on BvS level:

Opening Weekend - $145 million

Total Gross - $275 million

This is a huge question mark as to how it'll do. I think it'll manage to out open BvS, how much more will have more to do with the final product and how the media reacts to it.

Also think SS and Wonder Woman not being critically panned will help as well so we will see...

Yeah, I don't really like it being so "close" to Episode VIII (and even Thor Ragnorok) but there really isn't anywhere else to move it.

I can't imagine how they can make this the same budget as BvS. WB would be nuts to go over $300 million but you never know with them.

There are indeed a lot of things from here on. Would SS and WW really have that BIG of an effect on JL? While I understand the curiosity of seeing WW for the first time on big screen, Snyder has already shown that in BvS to a good extent. The poor WoM of BvS will definitely put some effect on this over OW. Unless they start to make these solo films in connection to DCEU they won't matter but then these movies HAVE to be GREAT. They can't have another misfire.

I think Suicide Squad and Wonder Woman will do good. Wonder Woman breaking out big time will help Justice League. The one big hurdle Justice League has is for critics and audiences alike to embrace Snyder's work in JL, but if it's not accessible and "too dark!!!" then I really don't know.
