Oscar themed dishes for Oscar party?
Going to be attending an Oscar party and everyone is to make and bring a dish relating to one of the nominees. Any clever ideas for what one could make?

This is Loyal's field of expertise.
You can always go with some bison for The Revenant or clam chowder for Spotlight.

A glass of water for Mad Max: Fury Road. Cheap and perfectly movie related.

We completed our menu a few weeks ago, it alternates between food puns and themed food.

I'm pretty sure he'd appreciate more detail than "Spotlight on Catholic Perch"

Perch rhymes with Church, so that's the fish we chose. We're doing beer battered perch nuggets with a homemade tartar sauce aka Spotlight on Catholic Perch.

We'd thought of recreating some of the meals we had in Copenhagen but honestly Danish food isn't my favourite.
