 WINRAR ZIP file problem
Okay, my dad uses this site to download concerts of different music groups. He just joined a new site, and instead of torrents, you have to download them with WINRAR Zip files. I had to close the first download, with 800 MBs (out of 965 MBs) already downloaded. When I went to restart the download, it didn't pick up where it left off. Again, I had to close it, this time after 700 MBs. Actually, it was an accident that I closed it. Either way, I want to download the WinRAR Zip file again, and it STILL will not pick up where it left off, and now in a Temporary Internet File folder, when I click the properties of the folder, it says around 1.5 GBs are there, but when I go into the folder, the file is not there. If I download it completely without shutting it off, will those 1.5 GBs be deleted? If not, how can I get rid of them? Any help? Too confusing?
Edit: The 1.5 GBs are the Zip file, because the free space went way down, and after the download closes, the free space on the computer is still down, so it's there.

Why did you have to close it the first time around? Couldn't you have just downloaded it and kept it in a certain folder til you did whatever you had to do?

Yep, it's turned on. Still won't show up.

I did. I saved it to a specific folder the first time around, but for some reason, WinRAR zip files don't show up until you download them completely. And, I had to close it because the entire computer froze up on me.

did you go into control panel -> internet options -> general -> delete cookies and delete files.
But when in delete files click on the box that says "delete all offline content".
Not sure if that'll help but just give'r.
