Do you guys realize that the Jacksonville Jagurs have a real chance of making the playoffs? The AFC South is a joke.

 Re: 2015-2016 NFL Discussion Thread
This Green Bay/Denver game tonight is going to be interesting. Both teams are undefeated, but their offenses have been struggling, especially Denver. However, Denver's D has been outstanding. I picked GB to win because I always do, but if that wasn't the case, I'd have a really hard time deciding on this one.

And we can put the Packers on the "fraud" list.

 Re: 2015-2016 NFL Discussion Thread
WTF Atlanta.
So my overall rankings would probably be:
1. New England 2. Carolina 3. Cincinnati 4. Arizona 5. Denver

So, it looks like Peyton Manning is done. He should sit out the rest of the year and just retire he has nothing left.

For some reason Texans match up well against the Bengals. Very weird

What the hell is going on with the Lions? They look like a superbowl contender now. Shame they had such an awful start to the season.

I would say it's all smoke and mirrors but they looked great on Thanksgiving. They won't have a winning record at the end of the season but it'll be way better than I anticipated.

The only other team that could've lost like that are the Browns.

 Re: 2015-2016 NFL Discussion Thread
You just never know what you're going to see in each sports. That was insane.
Lions should have been 6-6 with the blown call vs. Seahawks too, and a sweep of Packers, and very winnable last 4 games to end the season on a 8-game winning straight and a team nobody wants to play in the playoff. Oh, what could have been.

 Re: 2015-2016 NFL Discussion Thread
I don't think the facemask call was a blown call. The Detroit player should have known better than to try to tackle anywhere near the head in that situation. At full speed it was a no brainer call, slowed down it was much closer.

 Re: 2015-2016 NFL Discussion Thread
It wasn't "much closer". It wasn't a facemask. His thumb grazed the facemask, but because Rodgers wears his helmet as loose as fucking possible, it appeared to be a grab and pull.

If it's just a ref's decision on the field, it would be too close to call, and I'd call it a facemask too. The defender just got too close. But with a replay, it was just not a full-on facemask, then again I'm not sure where's the line. Grazing it, is a call, because that he did do.

Not reviewable because the NFL won't make all plays reviewable.

 Re: 2015-2016 NFL Discussion Thread
The NFL can be crazy, any given sunday and looks what happens. Carolina who beat Atlanta 38-0 loses to them two weeks later. The Ravens knock off the Steelers who many thought were the hottest team. The Browns give the Chiefs trouble at home but they win and get in the playoffs, and still have a chance at the division title.
