 What was your first Forum Home? Well...I just wanted to know where all you guys(and gals;)) started out your posting expierence. Why did you start posting?
My first was BOM...i surfed the BO numbers for a couple months then broke down and starte posting...been addicted ever since and i can honestly say I am soooooooo glad I did it

The Diabolical Dominion boards were my first. I was good friends with the very first webmasters, so that's how I got started there. I had a thousand posts or so before I kinda stopped one day. I took a couple of months off from message boards, and I ended up at IGN - which I consider my first "home" on the net. I was a total Xbox fanboy. I had over 10,000 posts. I was pretty well respected, I suppose (as about as respected as a Xbox fanboy could have been back then), but then the boards switched over to "Insider Only", and I wasn't going to pay $20 bucks a month just so I could post on a message board. So, I left, and after a couple of brief pitstops at other boards (Cross My Heart With A Knife, Creature Corner, Bloody Disgusting), I ended up at BOM. We all know how that turned out, and now i'm here, wasting my time away at WOKJ.

BOM was my first, and as much as this pains me to say, it was the only forum that I've ever felt 100% at home. I like it here too, but I've never fully felt at home again after I was away for so long, and sometimes don't feel as connected here with the members because of that.

A website called TheFacer.net. It used to spoof the big movie websites (CHUD, AintItCool, etc...), and piss off people like Drew McWeeny (who's a humourless dick) and Smilin' Jack Ruby. Shortly after that it was BOM.
I've never really found another place I've enjoyed as much as BOM in it's heyday. This place comes awful close though.
