 Attack on Titan Attack on Titan Quote: Attack on Titan (進撃の巨人 Shingeki no Kyojin?) is a 2015 Japanese dark fantasy action film based on the manga series of the same name by Hajime Isayama. The film will be split into two parts, with the first part released in Japan on August 1, 2015 and the second part, titled Attack on Titan: End of the World (進撃の巨人 エンド オブ ザ ワールド Shingeki no Kyojin: Endo obu za Wārudo?), immediately to follow on September 19, 2015. The film was directed by Shinji Higuchi, written by Yūsuke Watanabe and Tomohiro Machiyama and stars Haruma Miura, Kiko Mizuhara and Kanata Hongō.

Re: Attack on Titan I'm one of the very few that didn't mind this, but that's because I have never seen the anime show outside of some clips on youtube. The characters aren't the least bit interesting, but when the Titans showed up it got ALOT better. Those attack scenes were really well done and pretty damn horrific at times. I understand that one of the major complaints is that it's just another generic monster movie like Godzilla or something and that's not what the anime is about, but honestly it worked for me, especially since I didn't care for anybody else. I'm definitely looking forward to what they bring us with Part 2.
