Don't know why, but this made me think of the episode of Frasier when the brothers bought their own restaurant and tried coming up with a name for it. Frasier: I've got it! Les Freres Heureux. Niles: “The Happy Brothers”... Brilliant! It's homey, but just hard enough to pronounce to intimidate the riff-raff!I missed this post when I first read this thread - - that is a very perceptive comparison.

 Re: Inception
This movie was great but this movie was greatly helped by the fact that everything around it was such crap in the summer of 2010 (apart from TS3).
I think that is why Inception will now go down as one of the best films ever. Not only was it well liked by those sophisticated types but by general audiences as well. Really I know a few who did not like TDK and found this film to be great...

 Re: Inception
After a few rewatches now, I enjoy this film more than TDK and The Prestige, but I have a single question to be answered: Why doesn't Leo just have his kids flown to another country to see again. Michael Caine's character obviously has custody shown by the end of the film. Is that a huge plot hole, it just kind of bugs me from an otherwise very entertaining film (Terrible Mind Fuck movie cliches aside)

 Re: Inception
I saw this again the other day, btw. And every time I do, I find something else that makes me reconsider my previous stance on the whole dream/reality question at the end. This movie is too good.

The best part of that picture... Michael Caine is spelled incorrectly.

 Re: Inception
Inception has a high rating out of ten but it appears that certain critics really hated the film.
Certain other films get low ratings out of ten but get high scores of over 90%.

 Re: Inception
This movie reminds me of reading all the way through the general terms and conditions during the installation process of some software instead of just clicking "I agree" to proceed. The only difference is that, instead of having to read them yourself, DiCaprio keeps on reciting them.

 Re: Inception
It's a good movie and fairly entertaining and suprising, but I've only seen it once and I'm not particularly interested in seeing it again. Maybe when it's on TV. It would lose its "surprise" element with repeat viewings, and without that surprise element it doesn't have much to offer.

 Re: Inception
I missed the movie back then an saw it now. Great movie though there are some plot holes? I have to see it again. I give it a 9/10. the only thing that bothers me a bit is that the movie is a rip off of that Matrix-Talk that was on the net after Matrix Reloaded. You know the Thing that Neo is trapped in a second Matrix and everything in the real world is just another fake by the machines

Been on a Nolan kick. Watched TDK, Rises and insomnia last week, this one just now. Think this is my favorite of his.
