You know, all the fast food giants like McDonald's, KFC, Burger King, Pizza Hut, Wimpy's etc., how often do you eat them?

Monthly. I used to eat it more, but its expensive. I had bk on March 29 and kfc last night.

Like 1-2 times a week...too hard to resist.

I try to not even eat it once a week, as I mostly rely on home cooked dinners and then leftovers. But it does happen more than I'd like. So I voted once per week. And really, the cost is negligible. It's the fact that it's really hard to find something I like, that isn't terribly unhealthy.

For me it's fortnightly, as an average. Recently I haven't ordered this at all. We're eating in a lot more recently (like, the last 2 months or so), but before I was having McDonald's once or twice a week. I never eat KFC and rarely eat Pizza Hut. McDonald's is the killer because they deliver. But Burger King is the best, and I'm not even ashamed to eat their daily (but I don't)...it's so damn delicious.

Mostly never. If I do get to eat, I'll go to Carl's Jr.

As for the topic, once a month at most.

I used to be really bad at it. 5 times a week most months.
Now I've cut it down to 1-2 times week.

The weird thing I'm perfectly healthy according to my doctor.

KFC:
I like the chicken fingers meal box meal with mashed potatoes.

McD:
Mainly breakfast items like sausage biscuit with gravy or sausage biscuit/the one with syrup.

Taco Hell:
Bean Burrito

Wendy's:
Sometimes one of their "limited time" burgers, garden salad, chili, five piece nuggets, plain baked potato.

Hardees/Carl's Jr:
Steak breakfast sandwich with gravy

Braums:
Single scoop waffle cone, chicken strips with gravy, sometimes a burger.

These are just the usual types of things I get when I do hit them.

Like twice a week. 3 times on a shitty week.

Pretty much only on a road trip where it is the only option. I live in a very rural area with no options.

I definitely eat it more than I would like to. When you work 17 hour days, eating at home is just not an option for me most of the time and I'm too tired to usually make food to bring with me to work. Lately I have been bringing a yogurt and some fruit with me for lunch though. I probably eat it like 4 times a week but I do try to keep some stuff "healthy" as far as fast food goes. I love the premium wraps at McDonald's, so good.

2-3x a week if you count pizza. I try to avoid to the BKs and McDonalds though. If I'm gonna eat bad then I want it to be the best bad food available. Five Guys, Chick-Fil-A, Penn Station, etc..

Just had my first fix of the week, Big Mac, supersize...good stuff...didn't finish the coke though.

It's totally possible to eat McDonald's and be healthy.

Firstly its a waste of money buying subpar food.

Second, its bad for you.

I like Five Guys cajun fries.

Five Guys is the best burger chain and I will not hear anything to the contrary! In N Out is good and fresh and everything, but it's not a mouth orgasm like 5G.

I actually get Chipotle several times a week because a) it's literally in my office building, b) it's amazing, and c) I can eat quite healthy there.

Like...a burrito bowl with brown rice, black beans, chicken, pico de gallo, corn, green salsa, lettuce and some cheese? Get. In. My. Belly.

In terms of "traditional" fast food like McDs, Wendys, Burger King, etc., I eat it very, very rarely. An occasional McDonalds breakfast when I'm hungover or a 3 AM Taco Bell run when I'm drunk happens once in a while, lol.
